Real Estate Property only is being sold through Gary Sexton Auctioneers Real Estate Simulcast auction process. Bidding is open now.

Clear and marketable deed will be provided to the buyer. Winning bidder of the real estate will have to place 10% down due by wire or delivery after the auction closes to the title company on or before Tuesday, August 29, 2023. Balance due on closing (typically 30 days to close). Property sales subject to any restriction of record. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing. Immediately following the auction, the winning bidder(s) will be required to sign a real estate contract and pay ten percent (10%) of the purchase price as a non-refundable down payment. The 2023 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. All announcements made sale day take precedence over prior advertising either written or oral.
